THE HARMFUL EFFECTS OF EATING ORDINARY WHITE BREAD
The standard white bread products that most are left to choose from provide many harmful consequences.
Some of the main harmful consequences that one is faced with are:
1. Poor Nutritional Value
One of the primary reasons one eats is for nourishment.
White bread provides very little nourishment while at the same time providing many negative health side effects.
In the production of white bread, most of the fiber and protein is removed.
Even if the bread has “enriched” on the label this only means that some of the removed vitamins and iron have been added back.
Plus, it is still very low and deficient in fiber and protein.
2. Fluctuating Blood-Sugar Levels
Due to the fact that white bread is low in fiber and protein, both of which slow digestion, white bread is absorbed very quickly into one’s system.
Such quick absorption leads to one’s blood sugar rising and then falling very quickly, which causes a Hunger Spike and a craving for more food.
This has destroyed one’s body’s ability to run smoothly and consistently on the food already consumed.
3. Increased Risk of Type-2 Diabetes
A quick blood glucose spike causes a quick spike in the Hormone Insulin.
This leads to Insulin Resistance.
Insulin Resistance has many very bad side effects, including leading to an increased risk of Type 2 Diabetes.
Additionally, the resultant effect of Insulin Resistance blocks one from being able to use one’s fat, including belly fat, for energy since the purpose of the hormone Insulin is to drive glucose into one’s cells.

4. Weight Gain
Regular white breads increase the sugar/gucose in one’s blood. This happens in conjunction with an increase in the hormone Insulin. This then results in fat being increased in the body, including one’s belly fat, to be stored for future energy.
The result of the fat being driven into the body results in low blood sugar and a resultant increase in one’s craving for more blood glucose and thus more food. This just perpetuates the food craving eating cycle. The cycle thus proceeds to one eating more and storing more fat which then leads to one eating more and storing more fat.
5. Symptoms of Depression
There is a strong link between carbohydrate ingestion and depression as a result of the effect of carbohydrate ingestion.
Spikes put one on a roller coaster hunger and food consumption ride.
These up and down fluctuations lead to depression, fatigue and above all, serious health and longevity problems.

– Tablespoon size measurer
– Small bowl for mixing
– Microwave safe bowl or round ramekin with approximate width for one’s muffins of 3.75” in diameter.
– Sharp cutting knife
– Serving plate
2. Essential Ingredients for the Keto Muffin
– 1 Egg
– 1 Tablespoon of butter
– 3 Tablespoons of Almond Flour. Note that the Almond Flour can either be purchased or made by placing Almonds in either a blender or food processor, and then pulsing for a few seconds at a time until a consistent Almond Flour is produced. Further, do not over pulse or almond butter will result.
– 1/2 tsp Baking powder
– 1 Hungry Caveman
3. Optional Ingredients for Keto Breakfast Muffins

Some suggested Ketogenic items that one should consider adding, but are not limited to, are:
– Lettuce with mayo
– Fried egg
4. Detailed Production Instructions
– Place into mixing bowl the following:
– 1 egg,
– 1 tsp of butter
– 3 tsp of Almond Flour
– 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
– Mix extremely well
– Lubricate the microwavable bowl or ramekin very well with butter
– Pour all contents from the mixing bowl into microwavable bowl or ramekin
– Place in the Microwave and Microwave for 90 seconds
– Remove from Microwave and flip the resultant bread Muffin out of bowl or ramekin
– Slice Muffin in half
– Toast, if desired, by placing in skillet at medium heat and toast the bread until golden and crispy or by placing it in a toaster.
– Butter bread generously and enjoy, or
– Design one’s own muffin bread sandwich, incorporating and using some of the suggested items above or making additions as one desires.
