1. CAVEMAN’S TOOL REQUIREMENTS

None Of These Tools

   – 1 Large Mixing Bowl,

   – 3 Regular Bowls,

   – 1 Measuring Cup,

   – 1 Whisker,

   – 1 Eggnog Pitcher, and

   – Eggnog Glasses for Cavepersons.

  2. ESSENTIAL INGREDIENTS

   – 2 Cups Heavy Cream,

   – I Cup Coconut Milk, Unsweetened,

   – 4 Large eggs,

   – 4 Teaspoons Liquid Sweet Leaf Stevia, which is the very best with 0 carbs

    – 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract,

   – 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon, and

   – 1 Teaspoon Allspice.

  3. DETAILED PRODUCTION

    – Into the large mixing bowl, put 2 cups of heavy cream plus 1 cup of coconut milk,

    – Into the two separate smaller bowls, separate the eggs and whites of 3 eggs,

    – In the egg white bowl, whip the egg whites until peaks form,

    – In the egg yolk bowl, whisk the egg yolks until they become creamy,

    – From the egg yolk bowl, add the egg yolks to the coconut milk and heavy cream in the large bowl by whisking it in so that it is well mixed,

    – From the egg white bowl, add the egg whites into the large coconut milk and heavy cream bowl, while mixing well,

    – Add the 1 tbsp of vanilla extract to the mixture in the large bowl,

    – Add the 2 tsp of Cinnamon, and 1 tsp of Allspice ot the large bowl mixture,

    – Add the 4 tsp of liquid Stevia sweetener,

    – Mix the mixture in the large bowl very well such that there are no lumps present in the mixture,

    – In the third small bowl, whisk the fourth egg until it becomes consistent throughout with no whites visible,

    – Mix the whisked fourth egg into the large bowl,

    – Optional:  If desired by all, add, and mix well, one’s Rum of choice at a maximum of five ounces so as not to damage one’s Keto diet, with the understanding that although alcohol is not counted as containing any carbohydrate, one’s body metabolizes it as a carbohydrate. 

    – Taste the Eggnog, and if necessary, adjust with sweeteners and/or spices to perfection,

    – Pour the Eggnog into a pitcher and place in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours which will cool the Eggnog and let it settle, and

    – The Caveman Eggnog is now complete and ready to serve.
