What Is The Best Holiday Sugar Free Eggnog Recipe?

Happy Holidays And Happy New Year!

No Caveman should have to go without a sugar-free Eggnog recipe for the Holidays to add to his Best Keto Diet For Beginners.

Any smart Caveman knows that drinking just one glass of regular Eggnog will destroy his health by taking him out of his hard earned state of Ketosis.

This is because a regular Eggnog drink is loaded with sugar and delivers a shocking 25 carbohydrates per drink.

What’s Better Than Eggnog For The Holidays?

Enter The Caveman Holiday Eggnog which is a delicious satisfying Eggnog without any sugar added.

Note the average non Caveman consumes close to 50 pounds of sugar each year.

However, the Keto Caveman elects not to go down this sugar route and remains on the Ketogenic diet, as did his DNA ancestors, for hundreds of thousands of years.

This Caveman Holiday Eggnog has less than 9 carbs in comparison to the standard Eggnog that has over 25 carbs per serving.

The standard ordinary Eggnog that most are left to choose from is the only delicious choice many have, but it provides many harmful consequences.

Although many standard Eggnogs do have some nutritional value, they come with many side effects.

Some of the adverse side effects Eggnog delivers are:

    – Destroyed the State Of Ketosis

Even if one had only one sugar Eggnog and nothing else for the whole day, one’s state of Ketosis would be destroyed.

    – Sluggishness

Once one is loaded with the sugar from the regular Eggnog, one will become lethargic as the Insulin produced will force the Eggnog into one’s belly fat and prevent one from using belly fat for energy, as discussed in Lose Belly Fat Fast With No Hunger.

    – Spiked Blood Sugar Levels

The blood levels in one’s body will spike with a drink of over 25 carbohydrates, which will cause a serious spike in the hormone Insulin and produce a high blood sugar called Hyperglycemia.

Some of the side effects of Hyperglycemia are:

       – Increased thirst, so one wants another Eggnog,

       – Fatigue,

       – Headaches,

       – Blurred vision,

       – Frequent urination,

       – Difficulty concentrating,

       – Dry mouth,

       – Increased hunger,

       – Confusion, and

       – Shortness of breath.

   – Diabetes

Just one high carb Eggnog is not going to cause one to become diabetic.

However, Hyperglycemia is a precursor to putting a huge load on one’s Pancreas.

High carb intake, if continued, can cause one’s Pancreas to fail because of the strain put on it when trying to make enough of the hormone Insulin.

When the Pancreas fails to make enough Insulin to support the large blood glucose level strain put on it, the result will be Type 2 Diabetes.

The common warning signs of diabetes are the same as just mentioned with hyperglycemia.

  – Insulin Resistance

Hyperglycemia leads to much more Insulin being produced.

This leads to Insulin Resistance.

Insulin Resistance has many very bad side effects, including leading to an increased risk of Type 2 Diabetes.

Additionally, the resultant effect of Insulin Resistance blocks one from being able to use one’s fat, including belly fat, for energy since the purpose of the hormone Insulin is to drive glucose into one’s cells.

Please visit The Insulin Resistance Keto Treatment for more detailed information on the harmful effects of Insulin Resistance.

   – Path To Obesity

Obtaining Obesity Is Easy

Loading one’s body with 25 carbohydrates per drink of Eggnog is a sure path to obesity.

Not only will just this one drink drive fat into one’s belly but in doing so it will make one hungry as well as thirsty.

Thus, a vicious cycle.

A hungry and/or thirsty person is not one on the Keto diet.

This non-Keto person, especially at the holiday season, will turn into a continual out of control carbohydrate eating machine.

One will be eating more high carb foods and getting even more hungry until one is totally stuffed with everything harmful.

  – Depression Symptoms

There is a huge simple reason why the holiday season is related to an increase in depression.

Holiday season is equated with one stuffing one’s self with high carb foods.

These foods are everywhere and everyone is expected to partake of the sugar poisoning.

There is a strong link between carbohydrate ingestion and depression as a result of the effect of carbohydrate ingestion.

Such spikes put one on a roller coaster hunger and food consumption ride.

These up and down fluctuations lead to depression, fatigue and above all, serious health and longevity problems.

Sugar/high carb poisoning causes depression.

Plus, the added weight gain that results just adds to one’s state of depression.

  – Cancer Risks

Dr. Warburg

As shown in Dr. Mike’s presentation, the Nobel Prize was given for the discovery that Cancer thrives on sugar/glucose and it cannot survive without it.

So during the holiday season, one is providing refuge for the cancer cells one’s body produces and attacks every day when one’s immune system is functioning properly.

This is clearly pointed out by Dr. Mike in his YouTube presentation regarding The Ketogenic Diet and Cancer and Dr. Warburg’s Nobel Prize for discovering such.

  – Increased Heart And Stroke Risks

Dr. Lundell

One should be depressed by knowing that one is slamming one’s body with the high glucose Eggnog drink, which is playing havoc with one’s cardiovascular system.

One should take notice of the report on The Truth About Heart Disease & Cholesterol by Dr. Dwight Lundell, past Chief of Staff and Chief of Surgery at Banner Heart Hospital, Mesa, AZ , as to the cause of heart disease.
